Yes, just slower. Saver is a next day product of UPS. The time commitment on the delivery is later in the day than a Next Day shipment.
I see plenty of Expedited, which are 2nd day, and Standard, which is more equal to ground, everyday to Canada, Japan, France, China, Australia and other countries. They all fly.
Even domestic ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii fly. You just aren't paying for the "air" shipment.
