The solution is eliminating the word gay trans black white asian etc and just use the word us.

‘ US ‘ is the total sum of its parts, and we have a lot of different parts on our spinning planet Everyone is best served when we give them I mean US consideration.

I don’t claim to have mediation skills for every situation out there, and it’s very complex, but we as a society ( Us ) have come up with interesting ideas in the past. And we will continue despite the resistance. Take the concept of ‘ A Golfers Handicap ‘ It allows a mediocre golfer to compete against a good golfer. It’s a subsidy given to someone who is different.

As a side note: I could probably name at least 10 girls from my high school that could have helped make a difference on our football team. That said, doesn’t mean that They should be allowed, and that’s why it’s important to teach understanding, so when we give them valid reasons, they move to acceptance before making their next move. If that next move gives valid enough reasons to consider a change, then so be it. Work the process of respect.

And that brings me to this concept, that most of us disregard. We can only truly find solutions when we respectfully Accept the situation first. Acceptance is the first step towards change. Resistance is the first step towards more resistance

Your idea about different categories is a good one to consider Randy, I also agree being nice and inclusive is not enough, because their will always be bad actors in any group that will need re- direction.

Acceptance of the good ones and even the bad ones helps us manage our attitude while we decide how to make
respectful ‘ NEXT STEPS ‘ Ones that respect all of US !

Dude, there's a rumor going around that one of our local high schools put litter boxes in the bathrooms for the furries... Wtf!

Also at my school district the head football coach was taking a leak in the urinal. A 16 year old girl walked right up next to him in the next urinal and pulled out a woman's "piss funnel" and started using it right next to him.

There's a reason the US is the laughing stock of the world. I'm all for people doing what they want to do & makes them happy.... Just don't push whatever makes you happy down my throat & expect me to cater to your beliefs & ideas.

I don't for one second disagree with how you view these kind of topics. I totally agree.
The problem is this. Have every human being on earth listen to the logic and agree to the vision that we are all equal and we must get along. That's not reality. It would be impossible. You can't even get the middle east to give women the right to vote, let alone go out in public without her husband present. They can't let their ankles or ears show in public.
Throw into the mix countries with dictators that kill their people if they blink incorrectly.
Utopia would require 10 million people convincing 8 billion people to totally conform to another method of thinking..... ain't gonna happen.
My version of reality is simple. There are two sexes.... That's it.
There are women's sports and men sports because men have superior strength. That not the issue. Women would not like competing against men in strength related sports if they had a choice.
If men decide or "feel" they are female, that's fine. Do what makes you happy.
Knowing they are genetically superior to women in physical sports, trans people know they have an astronomical advantage.
Ask yourself why these people would feel it's ok to dominate a women's sport, knowing the biological facts?
To me they are putting on a show trying to convince the populous it's OK. They are forcing acceptance down our throats, while cheating women participants by always making them accept second place.
In college sports, you have 4 years.
If you were a woman and knew you would never achieve first place, would you bother to compete.
I wouldn't and I don't think very many would.
It's not fair to women to be forced to lose because a man envisions himself as female. It's wrong.
It's not about acceptance.
Most people these days have no issue accepting, tolerating, being ok with people who are different.
In my book, were equals, so they aren't allowed an obvious advantage because they want to make a statement.
" just say no " to men in women's sports. It's terribly unfair to women.

I get it Randy, I would make himher have to wait 5 seconds before leaving the swimming platform. Now here comes my philosophical message

Understanding doesn’t mean allowing or disallowing, it’s just a gift of empathy over judgement. When we call a jerk a jerk, even when the whole world knows it, we are imho using our Ego spokesperson and what does that do ? It shines a light on EGO ! And watch Ego go go go , when it really needs to be minimized. When we give the jerk the respect they don’t deserve, we are using our Personal Responsibly, and our Respectful spokesperson. Why do that, That sounds stupid Mike , how else are we going to stop the insanity ? …… First and foremost try thinking differently than shown growing up. Repeat this phrase “ The only person I can stop or control 100 % of the time
is me “ and if you believe that keep reading, if not, read for entertainment purposes …….An Ego battling against another Ego =‘s Resistance or negative forward movement…… Now here’s where it gets tricky, if you leave your ego out of all disagreements, you will never shine a light on ego, you will not judge or assume something about others or place expectations on them. NOW ! You are in 100 % of your full responsibility. Hurry up and speak now , because it may not last due to Old habits. Now you’re speaking from your higher being. A being that is able to speak up with out speaking down to others. When we have more of this habit roaming the planet, we will have more civility, more people understand that peace begins with me and less people who need to be stopped.

The outcomes to situations in this
manner , not forcing our will upon
others , will always remain a mystery, until it is not. ( The definition of no expectations )

I bet you can do it before me, and then report back the mysterious outcome. Practice on your wives, there’s usually plenty of disagreements there on a daily basis.

I could call a jerk a nice person. That would be dishonest.
That's not my ego speaking. If there's a more polite word for jerk, I'd use it. If we ignore the truth and allow something obviously wrong to continue... then society will continue downhill and off a cliff.
Now of course I wouldn't call himher a jerk to hisher face. I do have my limits.
It's my way of getting a point across. Not forcing any one to agree with me, just my view from planet earth.
Some people defend a guys choice to participate in women's sports. Most people don't like it, but if they complain or protest, they will get called much nastier names than jerk. They'll be called out publicly for being anti-himher, no different than being called a Nazi....... they'd probably call them that too when they run out of other insults, then they'd protest outside that person's business hoping to destroy it.
Have you noticed conservatives don't behave that way?
Forcing their will on others is the issue. 'They' are forcing women to accept men in women's sports. 'They' are wrong. The male athletes know they will win most events and the could care less about the women who's dreams have been shattered.
A little girl grows up loving sports. She works hard and excells. She's top of the heap in Jr high, then high school and is so good, she gets a scholarship to college.
In college, instead of being the top athlete, a guy whoops her ass and shatters her lifelong dreams.
I'll repeat it with different wording. He's an uncaring self centered jerk.
Heher is forcing other athletes to accept himher in whatever light heher wants us to see himher.
I see himher as a bully begging for acceptance no matter the cost to lives and society. That's not acceptable to me.
I understand where you're coming from. I do. What you're saying might work if 95% of the population followed your advice.
It's not reality. The 70's coke commercial was a wonderful commercial. People will never live in perfect harmony. It's a nice commercial with a great message.
Keep spreading the advice to as many as you can. Every little bit helps in this crazy world. My brain is wired in ones and zeros, so something is right or wrong.
That doesn't make me binary.... does it?

I had trouble sleeping so I put on the boob tube and caught the back end
of ‘ The Human Factor ‘. A documentary on the Israeli Palestinian conflict. In a nut shell, this is what the message was, or how I took it. Blaming others and building walls (figuratively and Literally) is easier than doing the work of personal responsibility.

Definition of personal responsibility :
when we respect ourselves and not others, we are being aggressive (Ego) When we respect others more than ourselves, we are being passive. ( wimpy Ego ) Ok Men, Women, Children, everything in between, Dems, GOP, Independents, world leaders, it’s time for the DRUM ROLL ( from the peace center.org/safe program) …..when we respect others and ourselves we are being
Assertive and taking on the hard work of Personal Responsibility !

Hard work is hard, that’s why the Human race would be best served giving more Understanding and flexibility to each other, while at the the same time Asserting direction where directing is required. It’s all about Boundaries and Choices and when it’s delivered in this manner, the outcome will be an unexpected mystery.
