We need to tap into something deeper in order to improve.
The safe class is a good start
It has the tools that guide us on HOW ! to recognize struggles and see what we are doing that’s cause it, anything else is just blaming others, and we have no control over others, but if we stubbornly keep trying, then everyone stays stuck.
when we learn to dig deeper internally first ! we learn how to repair and maintain challenges in a reasonable manner with ourselves and others. Then both sides can come up with reasonable plans towards center-based solutions,
Like I said, we are all at one point in time going to be the marginalized group, who’s needs and wants are being walked on. We can debate until the cows come home on whether that marginalized group is miss, guided, but the key point here is for us not to walk on each other and disregard each other’s concerns.
Why wouldn’t we want to use a technique that doesn’t yo-yo us back and forth from one power struggle to the other.
Please give me an answer to that question why wouldn’t we want to use a technique that helps disarm ‘ The power struggles ‘ ? That is a valid argument, the employer‘s needs and wants must be listened to and addressed. However, bigger picture all of the village people have needs and wants also. Surely there’s a program that we both can agree on
If we keep looking for perfection, we will fail. All programs must be monitored and tweaked, but if we scrap programs, we are going to far in the other direction.
The safe program is one formula that could keeps us more reasonable, more of the time, then less reasonable more of the time.

It really is that simple. If we are taught in first grade to 12th grade, to feel our feelings before the anger, we could eliminate a lot of conflict and death in the world.
Young blacks in the inner city grow up thinking that drugs and guns are natural for them. They also believe in killing anyone who disrespects them. It is their culture. Changing it may never happen. They learn from an older sibling or a cousin. Most don't have a father in the home.No truer words have ever been spoken

Exactly and that’s why everyone needs to be taught this in school, from first grade to 12th grade. Nothing is full proof because we are stubborn humans. I’m not going to get into the red lining or the Jim crow BS because I want to keep the focus on how we can move forward and not on why we can’t move forward ….The why can be nice when both parties agree, but in my humble opinion, when we are at a crossroads with the why, I believe it’s best to apply this tool….. Agree to disagree and move forward with HOW ! Now brown cow
Let’s try this:
We all have needs and wants, so ! as we are traveling down the road of life, all we have to do is discern the situation and ask ? do they need my gift of RUACAT or do I need my gift of RUACAT
Once you discern, then we proceed with the tools…… Think of it this way, when we buy a new car, we must understand the internal components, before we can expect to properly apply them externally. Same thing with us, but we are the spirit inside a body rather than a car. AND WE NEVER WANT TO GIVE THE KEYS TO OUR NEIGHBORS UNLESS THEY HAVE EITHER DONE THE INTERNAL WORK THEMSELVES OR WE HAVE COACHED THEM THROUGH IT. And ! Wouldn’t it be nice if the coach was not passive or aggressive, but rather in the middle, ASSERTIVE! An assertive person respects their needs and wants, but at the same time respects the needs and wants of others. 
Let’s learn and then assertively coach on an as needed basis.

As a sidenote, ironically, the more we become assertive through our internal empowerment, is when we will accept and understand oppositional comedy .

So ! we ask ourselves, is the Left being passive, aggressive or could they actually be standing up for their needs and wants assertively ? ….And what is it that we can do to help ourselves be assertive, even if our answer is that we feel that they are being aggressive ? …… you may want to read that sentence over a few times see how the focus is on ourselves, internally, that’s the key to function. That is the crux of the matter my friends

If we want to give the keys of our car to the Left or the Right , so that they can drive our child to the hospital because we broke both legs ( grew up in a home with bad parents and bad influence) HOW ! do we coach them to be more assertive so that we can gift them our trust and feel comfortable that they will get Johnny, Mary or Lakisha to the hospital.

Trump is already proving how many billions the left wasted and/or stole every year. That is why they are trying to call him a dictator. If he can get things done, many of them will be in jail, where they should be.

We just can’t dictate our methods onto everyone. That’s why it’s important to demonstrate our methods in a respectful, assertive manner. Let’s use padding installation as an example most installers go crazy with the hammer stapler on an oak floor and don’t think twice about it. we can call that Wasteful and overkill. Other installers may lay the padding loose with no staples, and that could cause a problem with gaps between the padding seems and that would be called neglectful. Now let’s take a look at the middle compromising solution where the installer manages the material to minimize waste And manages the stapling. This would be called functional improvement. Maybe we could change the doge group name into BAFIT ( bipartisan assertive, functional improvement team)

AnyWho, if we are going to have any function in society anymore, someone is going to have to put down the rudely, hilarious, ridicule first. If it is to be, it is up to me I understand that a lot of the lefties can be quite passionate and rudely. Hilarious themselves, however, do we really want to go down this road, it’s time for a detour, wouldn’t you agree?
Hey Highup, thanks for taking the time to listen to John Anthony. We all bring different personalities and conditioning to each subject matter and we don’t always connect with that information , because of the differences. Again thanks for taking the time and providing your feedback I’ll try to give your point of view some consideration as I move forward with my lesson plans.

True. Total the annual amount of mass shootings in an entire year, and it wouldn't be a drop in the bucket to a daily killing count in a liberal city like Chicago.

Hopefully bipartisan advice on that installation will be discussed after I'm 6' under.

Watch the story all the way through. Look at her minimalistic attempt at a correction... It should be an outright apology.
She doesn't come slightly close to an apology.
Even tho this bid request, then subsequent contract for a military armored electric vehicle was asked for and ok'd by the Biden administration.... Trump just canceled it. ...ain't happnin under his watch.
Knowing this information, was Rachel Meadow's correction sincere? Was it a correction and apology?

If I was a judge and could legally require it, I would never allow settlements to happen in lawsuits as I believe these settlements are abused. Also, the settlements usually have documents, admitting to no guilt, and that sounds like a fudged up justice system, promoting quid pro quo arrangements.

I know you listened to John Anthony but I’m sorry I can’t do it. This type of tomfoolery is done on both sides of most news/fake news, and It’s all fake news when they decide to increase the entertainment value. And now we the people are becoming conditioned to that style. We the people need to hit them up with the three stages of directing.A correction of the news is a correction, however because we are valuing the entertainment method more than the integrity that’s how BOTH ! current day reporting is done
