People like that don't want us lowly people having guns, just themselves. I'll take that Rolex off his hands though.
Evidence why some cops need better training & having hair-trigger guns is a bad idea.
How the hell did this dude not realize he fired his weapon into his partner's back? WTF?
(They were serving a warrant to look for a person and were let in to the place by a landlady- I FF to the part where they said it was clear and they didn't need to have their guns out, but this idiot pulled the trigger bc he got spooked by a dog- what ensued was a clusterf*** of panic & unprofessionalism).
Not only did these guys not have proper gun training, it seems they didn't have First Responder training either. Should have kept her still, applied pressure to the wound, and waited for the ambulance. Instead they moved her all around.

Spencer carbine, any of a family of rim-fire repeating arms—both carbines and rifles—that were widely used in the American Civil War. The carbine was invented by Christopher M. Spencer of Connecticut and was patented in 1860. Its buttstock contained a magazine carrying seven cartridges that could be fired in about 18 seconds.
