I haven’t had one in a while. Are they still $1.29. Everything is so damn expensive in Phoenix I don’t know what cheap food is anymore. A block of Tillamook cheese is $12 here. I used to complain about having to pay $8.
You can also buy them in a four pack container for five something.
If you buy some sliced pepperoni and some cheese to top them with, you'd probably end up at two bucks a piece. There's certainly nothing fancy about them. You can also add a tiny sprinkle of onion flakes, garlic, and pepper. If you did that you'd feel like you'd made your own pizza.
.... I mean pizza like food product.

Ate out today on my way back from an infusion. Grilled chicken salad with sweet potato fries.
You just described how to make infusions fun. Make it something special. Infusion day is a day to explore. If you got to drive that far, make it fun and worthwhile.

I likes sweet tater fries. If you like hot {spicy] hot my makes some great ones. We found it is easier to cut the sweet potatoes the short way.
Cut them the short way?
That sounds like you're breaking some kind of food rules. I'd check with Chef Ramsey to see if that's legal.

Ribs tonight. Got my poor man smoker goin with some mesquite chips.

It’s this small box that you put wood chips in then set on top of the coals. Don’t remember what brand but there’s a couple different ones. It works alright for what it is so I’m not complaining.

I have an electric "file cabinet" style that works pretty damn good for me.
****, a lot of times If I know I'll have a light day and be home by 3 or so I'll set it on as low as it goes and load it up before I leave for work. Just keep the meat high and temp low (about 200)

A pork loin does good like that. The bottom will be a little burnt but can be trimmed off after.

The burnt part is good.

I’ve looked at smokers and I’ve wanted a traeger for years but when it comes down to it I’m just a charcoal kinda guy. Now if you want to smoke some meat I’ll certainly come on over and help you eat it. I’ll even bring some 805’s.

Don't get me wrong, I love charcoal myself. Can't beat the flavor of anything over coals
It just takes a lot of time babysitting it. ****, my electric one I even let my wife run if I'm too busy (I know, I know).

It's almost set it and forget it.... Almost
