What did you do today?

I couldn't believe Saturday. The heat was in the high 90's if not 100 and there was a roofing crew doing shingles on a house in my subdivision. Those guys had to be out of their ever loving minds. I hibernated to the basement even though I have air. It was colder than a whores heart down there.

Many a day we did cpt in the heat Daris .. Made the customer turn the air off so we could get a good stretch ..

We tell-em to turn the heat up Nick. People can be really nice and turn off the heat and open windows so we won't overheat when it's 60 degrees.
They don't know any better so we educate them in advance whenever possible.

69 here today.

Ugh, got a call from my stepson at 4 am. Hurt his foot at work and wanted a ride home.

I just took a 10 minute ride in the van, I have a shower curtain hanging behind the seats with magnets to keep the air of front with me ..
Had to take another shower when i got home ..

Helps a lot Hi.. Got some strong magnets the size of a dime at HD.. Clear shower curtain so i can see out the back window ..

Thought about trying to charge it, but everything I am doing now can be done from my Dodge Caravan, and it will freeze you out. I have heard that putting Freon in one that only has air in it can be dangerous.

I did that for years. Only thing was was my shower curtain was nudies. Some customers got offended.

I started in 1991 with my 90 van .. They don't make air conditioners powerful enough to cool a piece of tin ..
I'm in the market for a curtain like your..

Nick, I'm proud of your story about needing curtains to keep the cold air up in the front of your "Stabbin Wagon"! wish I would have used that story when I was young, single and also had a van!
