Power was out all day... power company was doing some routine maintenance. With no microwave, TV, computer or garage door opener, I was lost.

My uncle on my moms side was autistic too. All he liked to do was listen to baseball games on his radio. He could tell you any statistic on any game like ever.

My son is a video game whiz. At 14 he was a mod on Minecraft. When Black Ops came out, he finished the whole thing in an hour through the highest level.

Just because they are considered a special needs person does not mean they are stupid. Each one has something special they are good at, example Rusty's case with his son.

They estimate his IQ at over 140. He was mad when they gave him an IQ test and the examiner said that he intentionally answered every question wrong.

My uncle was much like Raymond in the movie Rain Man. Had the little fidgit and everything. Some are great with numbers, some with statistics and I guess gaming too.
When I was a kid my grandparents had no idea what autism was. They just thought he was special needs. Told me he fell down the stairs in Philadelphia.
