Z, so you caught your brother trying to rub out the itch from that skeeter?
LOL! I walked outside and he was behind the truck and was griping about mosquitoes. I asked him if he was peeing & he said "yes" but the mosquitoes were biting.

Earlier today a scammer from India called & my brother picked up. Conversation went as follows:
Bro: *picks up phone* "Meow"
Scammer: "Hello?"
Bro: "Meow"
Scammer: "I'm calling from Medicare, how are you today?"
Bro: "The inside of my a$$hole itches, but otherwise I'm fine"
Scammer: *long pause* "Have you received your Medicare card for the year 2021?"
Bro: "Yes, it's resting under my balls right now."
Scammer: *hangs up*
Bro: "He hung up on me! How DARE he hang up on me! I answered all of his questions! How RUDE!"
Me: *laughs hysterically until I start coughing*

I played around with Sketchup and looked at the prices of the cabinets for my friend's kitchen and came up with which cabinets would be the best bang for his buck & still provide plenty of storage. For some reason the cabinets that are 24" high are more expensive by cabinets that are 30" high.

I was hanging out with him for a bit after getting mail and picking stuff up from state farm. Unfortunately, someone dumped heir kids off to be babysat so I had to go. Little kids give me a headache.

High point was my friend's 9-yr-old telling my brother to f*** off before she realized what she said. LOL.

My wife asks scammers to hold on just a minute. Then she whispers real loud. "Don't wrap the body in a new blanket, use an old one" They hang up.

Had my first glass of eggnog this season. Mmmmm.
I remember seeing eggnog at the store last week. I'm thinking tomorrow might be Friday night. 😁
......you do know that must be watered down. Never drink it straight are you going to end up looking like Louie Anderson.

How old are you when you stop learning new tricks?
Let's say that you have a patterned carpet.
You would like to 'attempt' to keep the pattern relatively parallel to the wall.
Put two sheetrock nails in the floor 17 inches out from the wall and fasten a string tightly between the two nails.
Next, apply your blue tape along a line in the pattern. keep it within an inch of the string.
Do this all the way across the room, aligning the tape with the pattern.
Stretch said carpet until the tape is parallel ish with the string.
Done did!
I have no clue the order of the photos but with any luck it says something.

I've never seen this guy before. I think he resembles me after I win the Powerball and retire to my new shop with lots of new tools. I'm sure with Butler's of money the imagination must run wild.

The guys pretty funny.

Coolest family on YouTube.

Kids are lucky to have a dad that knows good music when he hears it.
Im betting that the kids have never heard a rap song. I certainly hope not.
Wild Thang. 😁

If you have an occasional bad day, you need to subscribe to this channel because they toss out a new song every day or two. And the interaction between the kids and their dad is fantastic. Nope, this family is not going to appear on Dr Phil. 😁

I have been having chest discomfort the past 12+ hours. I have the sensation that my heart is not beating properly & it's extremely annoying. I don't know where my blood pressure machine is though. I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen.
I've been trying to get in touch with the well service guy to find out when he's coming so I won't have to cancel my plans for today.

Highup, that is a cool way of getting the carpet to line up.

I'm not a doctor but I don't think a blood pressure cuff would tell you much. I think you need to figure out a way to get a checkup just to cover the basics.
This carpet and the lighting made it a pain to see the pattern easily. It's more evident after the carpet is trimmed and tucked in.
The tape helped a lot.

The automatic bp machines also give heart rate.

Rusty is correct. The machine also lets me track the individual beats of my heart. I can see if I'm skipping beats or not. It beeps each time there is a beat. I've had it in the past where my heart stopped beating for several seconds, then resumed and was fast, then slow, then fast and then slow again, then more skipping.

Tom, yeah, but Data actually had a moral compass. LOL.

I take amiodarone to keep mine normal. Otherwise it beats too fast.

So, still no sign of my cat or my phone. Looked all over. Searched the truck & unloaded it. Then I decided I'll just play one of my favorite online games. The launcher for it took a crap and won't load. Tried all sorts of troubleshooting and now its worse than before. Not sure how to fix it. If I didn't have a 2 year subscription that can't be canceled I'd just cancel it. Some sort of update they did screwed it. I can't re-download the game because it is more than my entire month's worth of bandwidth allowance and I only have less than 20Gb left for the month. If I'm feeling any better tomorrow i might take my computer over to my friend's house tomorrow to see if he can help me resolve it. Maybe his internet speeds might help since he has faster speeds than I do and he has unlimited data. But he hasn't been good at responding & forgot he said he was going to come over for my birthday (I think he forgot it's my birthday).

Still have a pretty bad headache that doesn't want to go away. At leas mom is being pleasant for now, which is unusual.

What game you playin Zan?

Rusty, I'm insulin resistant but not diabetic. I think part of it was stress. I'm feeling a bit better now. Itsy has been trying to cheer me up. First she brought me a mouse, then she pounced on my lap when I was on the couch, then she jumped into my arms from the floor when I was standing up. She wanted up near my face so she could lick my forehead. She makes the cutest sounds. Right now Boo is sitting on me and purring. He's the one who woke me up when I was having a heart attack a few years back.

Elder Scrolls Online. One of my guild members sent me a link that had the solution. I had to update something in windows to make it work again. Some sort of TLS file or something. I love the graphics in the game. The controls are not the best but it's still fun.

I was frustrated with my computer situation so I went out and painted the boards I plan to mount to my wall to attach my monitor mount. I'm hoping they will be dry and free of dirt/bugs when they dry.

Well I have three bedrooms to do tomorrow and probably Saturday. Took the tack strip pad and carpet over there today. It's a really thick in stock polyester carpet and it's pretty heavy. I'm letting it warm up overnight. The backing doesn't seem like it's going to be too much trouble and it's probably going to stretch decent for a heavy piece of material. Three bedrooms 11 ft by 16, 11 ft by 14 and 11ft by 11 ft. No seems, not even in the doorways. No heater vents.
Customer removed the carpet pad and staples.
This may be a dream..... I'll find out in the morning.
Stopped at Habitat today to gather some more trinkets.
I spent $4 on an arbor that I may be able to use with the half horsepower Dayton motor that I bought a few months back.
Online it's currently says unavailable but these arbors run 50 bucks plus shipping. Looks crappier in the picture that it actually is, it's in fantastic condition. Bearings are tight. ... bearings, not bushings.
I spent a dollar for a sheet metal thickness gauge which is extremely well made. It's got a super heavy black anodized coating and the numbers are very easy to read. It's says American standard wire gauge, General HDWE Mfg, NY, NY.

I also got a magnifier for a dollar. I use some alcohol and a scrub brush to get the paint residue off of it, as it was kind of messy looking. It's a fantastic find. It's a Baushh and Lamb magnifier with a glass lens on it. There's no way you'd find anything this nice in town. It's a real keeper. It has bakelite handles and I see prices online about 50 to 60 bucks. They made illuminated versions that are listed at less than half the price. Probably because the cord is annoying.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2340530410...FnwDxJizNddb7A%3D%3D|ampid:PL_CLK|clp:2332490Anyway those things weren't there a few days ago when I stopped in so I'm glad I did.
Happy shopping everyone. 😉
