I got my mother to order the parts for her computer-- only she waited several days to read it so the graphics card for $179 was sold out on all of the stores. Found it for $189 at Frys but she ended up deciding to go with the Asus Radeon RX580 instead of the 570.

She went with the Kingston RAM and the EVGA 80 plus gold 750W power supply.

Today makes day 4 this week of helping a couple of good friends move from the home they sold to a second home that they are selling........before they make the move into their new home they just made an offer on.
Furniture, refrigerators and freezers should be made of foam and plastic instead of metal and wood. My back is barely surviving this. Tomorrow, we are moving a garage full of stuff that we temporarily moved from the first home to the second home ...one more time, into a storage unit near their new home so we can move it one more time into the home they just bought.
Buying, selling and moving is all about timing. These are the kind of friends that you would bend over backwards to help ...........maybe that's why back hurts so much. :D
Confuzd? ..........lemme draw you a picture. :D House A to B is 25 miles. House B to storage is 160 miles. Storage to new place is 15 miles. Biggest problem is ya can't buy a new place till ya sell the old one............it's all about timing.

Yikes. Well, I hope that nothing falls through on the purchase of the newest home. That would be a disaster.

If it did, they are moving to that area anyway, so they'd just keep looking. That would mean they would have to rent those storage lockers longer, that's all. They took home #2 off the market since they will be living there for 6 weeks or so.
Moved more stuff from house one to house two yesterday with my van and 2 cars.......... Today is renting a 20' U-haul and taking stuff from house 2 to rental unit. My lower back is questionable and so is my friends. This lifting is killing me. Ibuprofen is my friend, Alieve is his. This has been one tough week, working on top of this. Getting a lot closer tho. Then we can all rest for 6 weeks before the final move from rental units to their new place.
New place is 7 acres with river frontage. .....maybe I can move there too, and live in my van ......"down by the river" :birthday:

I hear you on the back pain. Mine has never been right since the car accident. I don't do well with bending and I have to be careful about the lifting. I wonder if any of those coppertone back thingies actually work.
I found that alieve (which I think is Naproxyn, but am not certain) doesn't do jack for me, but about 1200 to 1600mg of Ibuprofen can help.
Being near the river is cool until it floods. Before another timber company bought up the land and closed it off to the public, we used to drive down a small questionable road to the river and fish, swim, etc.

This is why I don't use my picture for my profile. I don't want to frighten pets and small children. (my wife took this picture with my smart-a phone)
I think you look nice. You certainly look a lot better than I do.

Meanwhile, most of the parts for my mother's computer came in (she forgot to order the cooling unit for her processor though-- despite me telling her multiple times to order it). She's still waiting on the video card to arrive and she's ordered the cooler. The other parts are installed now, but for some reason her Logitech MX Anywhere mouse stopped working. Despite all of the driver updates, moving to multiple ports, software installation, etc, it still doesn't get detected. I wonder if the transmitter thingamabob got messed up. I suppose I could test my mouse on it.

But she complains that the battery dies too quickly so she's looking for a new mouse that can charge. She was going to get an optical mouse, but I told her to get a laser one.

Right now the contenders are:
Logitech Performance MX laser rechrageable

Logitech G700s Rechargeable Laser Gaming Mouse

Logitech MX Master

I'm concerned that the G700 might be too complex for her, but it has amazing dpi. I think I'm leaning toward the Master because it is newer than the Performance and it has a built-in battery that can be recharged.

I'll just have to see if they have all 3 in stock at bestbuy next time we go up there so she can see how it feels in her hand. For now she's using a Blackweb Blue Trace that we got for $7 at walmart.

Try Icy Hot Z . Cost about $3.00 at Walmart . Works better then the ladicane i was paying $100.00 a tube for .

Be careful of Naproxyn, It is a Blood thinner .
