I can't see the employment rate getting much better............ at best stay even. We're running out of employable people at the 4% level.
Compare Trump to Obama. Nobody can blame Bush for 8 years of Obama's record unemployment rates. He tanked the economy from day one. Tax corporations and the rich into submission and like Obama did and see how that works out........... the graph is from our government, not FOX. It speaks in undeniable terms. What Trump is doing is working. In with balls, out with snowflakes.

Unemployment rate means nothing. It doesn't count those that have given up looking. And it doesn't count those that have taken a minimum wage job because they can find nothing else. And if your unemployment checks have run out, you are not counted.View attachment 7617

Factor in how much US debt China owns. The more they hurt us, the more it hurts themselves.......... and their economy isn't doing all that well compared to ours.

If China were to sell its bond holdings, it would likely have to sell it at least some of the treasuries it purchased at a loss. If other countries sold, too, and prices plummet then it could lose billions. "It will inflict capital losses on itself," says Reinhart.
The U.S. dollar would also fall, which would then make this trade-related provocation somewhat moot, adds Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody's Analytics. A lower greenback would make U.S. exports more attractive, which would then hurt China's own export market. "It would negate some of the impact," he says. "Rates might spike, but the dollar would fall and what's the net impact of that? It doesn't feel like it's a winning strategy."

China don't have to worry about mid terms .. He has the upper hand ..
In a multi-pronged attack to remove protections for patients with pre-existing conditions, Trump has suspended payments to insurance companies that stabilize their losses from the sickest patients. This will result in premium increases next year. At the same time they are doing this, they are trying to remove coverage for pre-existing conditions in red states. This will result in the sickest of people getting no coverage at all since the companies will be able to tell them no and the costs will increase to such a degree they cannot pay for it anyway.

It so interesting to me to see the division on Trump. It's either 110% hate or 110% love with very few people without an opinion. So strange. We've never had such a political division. Personally, I think he's the best thing since the invention of sliced bread or beer. He's a bull in a China closet. l love every minute of it .......except his childish tweets.
Look at the record employment levels, the stock rate, his business friendly perspective, the business and personal tax rate, the home building/construction rate. Look what he did at NATO. Wow was that cool or what? Trashing Germany for helping Russia's economy. Man that was over the top. I'm lovin it.

I voted for him on his promises, not his ever so charming personality.
Need to get me a Make America Great Again II before they run out of hats. I see Hillery is planning a second attempt. She and Bill were flying cattle class instead of a private jet for a photo op to show how down to earth and connected she is. ......oh lordy ...wanna buy a bridge?
The Democrats need to find a less socialist version of Bernie Sanders for the next election. Someone like Trump, but with a centrist/liberal twist to even out the playing field. Someone that bucks that 'good old boys' system in Washington like Trump did with the Republicans.
We need term limits to get that done.
