Democrats always push free stuff, like free housing, free food, free phones, free internet, and the debt grows. We cannot afford to keep giving freebies. It causes inflation which means it costs more for the rest of us to live.
There are generations of people who have never worked. Installed flooring in public housing for years. The majority would just destroy the free housing. Carpet would need replaced every time someone moved, many times it was only a couple months. We had three public housing apt. buildings here. The women would get it free for her and her kids and then move in some worthless bum of a boyfriend. Somehow, they would destroy an apt. and then move into another building. All three were separately owned. Some had never worked or paid rent. Have another kid, you got more money. It all started with LBJ and every Democrat gives away more free stuff.

That democrat based free stuff kinda irks me but then again I stop for a second and think about how 15 years ago I was able to get on my wife’s insurance before we were married. That was because of the democrats and the gays. At the time I was my wife’s ‘domestic partner’, cus we weren’t married yet, and because of that I was able to get on her insurance. Don’t know about you but as a self employed floor guy, that didn’t have health insurance, that was actually a very big deal for me. My wife was a teacher in a very liberal state so you know I had damn good insurance, too. Again, very big deal for me. I did have to pay for my portion of insurance through my wife so it wasn’t a freebie but I definitely would not have had that opportunity if I lived in a conservative state that wasn’t into giving away ‘free’ stuff and supporting gay rights.

Fast forward to 7 years ago and we moved to the South. We’re married now so I don’t have to worry about getting on her insurance but lemme tell you about the difference in my coverage. Night and day difference and I opted to not be covered by her insurance because it was so damn expensive. 3.5 times more than it was in the liberal West Coast state I moved from and the coverage was just embarrassing. You wanna know why Southerners are missing teeth? Cus there ain’t t **** for union presence. Something about a rising tide comes to mind.

Now if you were to compare how much money I made in those two states I lived in, one red one blue, the differences were the exact opposite of what I experienced with health insurance.. I made bank in the red state while I was treading water in the blue one. I laid floors in both states so it wasn’t like I had different jobs and that’s why I made more or less money.

These two quick experiences of mine illustrate how both sides can have policies that benefit you in one way but maybe hurt you in another. Maybe the benefit of one policy cancels out the hurt of another, or vice versa.💁

There’s a lot of things to consider this election and I’m going to do myself a solid and keep an open mind when it comes to the issues and what’s at stake.

what would you suggest we do with the least of our brethren ? If you have a better plan, please share it.

A segment of this dysfunctional population will always be around and in need of basic services. If we leave them on the streets, we are only hurting ourselves by stepping in their **** before our Carpet job. Helping them is the cost of doing business and IMHO, looking at it any other way is unrealistic and a pipe dream. But ! I understand that there could be different ways to improve , got any suggestions ?

I'm voting for the guy the media hides from view. This is Trump when he's not at a campaign.
He's like this every time he's doing one on one with an average citizen.

Gonna have to bring back the poor farms. Of course we will have to rebrand them as something different. Something that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, like kittens do. Definitely gonna need kittens for this one.
Most of the ones on welfare could work. Just too lazy.

According to a report by Randstad RiseSmart, it is projected that a significant 92% of employers are preparing for layoffs in 2024, as they navigate the economic implications and adjust for potential overstaffing during this period.

And debt. CC debt hit a new all time record of $1.14 trillion dollars.
CC + mortgage debt is at $17.8 trillion and HELOCs are growing as people borrow so they can spend.

Was Walz a deserter? AWOL? Or did he happen to decide to strategically quit at the right time so he wouldn’t have to go to war?

Two different things and it does matter. If it’s the latter then your very own candidate would call Wals smart for using the system to his advantage.

Secret Service agents taped over a security camera and broke into a Massachusetts hair salon while securing the area for a Kamala Harris campaign event, according to the salon's owner.

The salon's security alarm rang the whole time. The security footage from the two cameras, which Powers shared with BI, doesn't show anyone allowing the people in.

"There were several people in and out for about an hour-and-a-half — just using my bathroom, the alarms going off, using my counter, with no permission," Powers said.

"And then when they were done using the bathroom for two hours, they left, and left my building completely unlocked, and did not take the tape off the camera," she continued.

WTF is wrong with secret service lately?

Massive errors in FBI’s Active Shooting Reports from 2014-2023 regarding cases where civilians stop attacks: Instead of 4%, the correct number is at least 35%. Excluding gun-free zones, it averaged over 51.5%.

The shooting that killed three people and injured another at a Greenwood, Indiana, mall on July 17, 2022 drew broad national attention because of how it ended – when 22-year-old Elisjsha Dicken, carrying a licensed handgun, fatally shot the attacker.

While Dicken was praised for his courage and skill – squeezing off his first shot 15 seconds after the attack began, from a distance of 40 yards – much of the immediate news coverage drew from FBI-approved statistics to assert that armed citizens almost never stop such attackers: “Rare in US for an active shooter to be stopped by bystander” (Associated Press); “Rampage in Indiana a rare instance of armed civilian ending mass shooting” (Washington Post); and “After Indiana mall shooting, one hero but no lasting solution to gun violence” (New York Times).

Evidence compiled by the Crime Prevention Research Center shows that the sources the media relied on undercounted the number of instances in which armed citizens have thwarted such attacks by an order of more than ten, saving untold numbers of lives. Of course, law-abiding citizens stopping these attacks are not rare. What is rare is national news coverage of those incidents. Although those many news stories about the Greenwood shooting also suggested that the defensive use of guns might endanger others, there is no evidence that these acts have harmed innocent victims.
Seems, the politicization of the FBI has moved beyond enemies of the dums being prosecuted! Now, the big bad guy in the dums target, the 14th Amendment is in the sights of the FBI

That information is good to know and I’m glad we have good guys and gals, brave enough and confident enough to do the right thing when it’s obvious that a fallen human being is doing the wrong thing.
However, reporting this type of news nationally, every time it occurs could send the wrong ( scratch that ) could send a risky message to both parties, thereby empowering them both with more information then maybe is necessary.

As far as the FBI is concerned, they ! Like every huge organization ( NRA) probably need some reeling back, and that’s what the constitution is for. Now all we need to do is reel back elevated attitudes of reactive fear, So good guys with the guns don’t hurt the good guys made out to be bad. How about we replace it with a little more responsibleness, IMHO
