They used the word ‘ Could’ …. And they are mulling it over. I believe the intentions are if there is blatant neglect, while the guns got stolen, then this new law would have some teeth. …. Improvements always come with resistance because there’s a fear of overreach, but If we trust each other, then maybe we can address that fear and make improvements where necessary.

As an aside: We had to break up a dog fight yesterday ( OMG ) and it has me thinking about the concept of dominance and submission. Both are techniques that need to be embraced and applied in the right situation, Otherwise there’s a lot of mess to clean up when two Goliaths stand firm to be dominant.

There was an armed robbery, first one in several years, 4 blocks from my house last night at a gas station. Guy escaped on foot. I had a gun laying next to me all night. He would not have made it into my house. Last armed robbery in this county was at the same place.

On Dec. 10, 2024, San Diego County Supervisors voted 3-1 to become a "Sanctuary county", designating themselves immune from any Federal law that requires them to notify ICE about illegal aliens who have entered their jurisdiction and committed crimes such as rape, assault and battery, burglary, child abuse, etc.
They have stated they will violate federal law.

It’s amazing how information can get mixed up and jumbled. I wonder if this Ai
search has any merit and who is the trusted advisor in todays world….. On my way to Hershey today, I decided to listen to a CD from Richard Carlson, Ph. D. Called ‘ don’t sweat the small stuff and it’s all small stuff ‘ on disk #3 it was eye opening on how he explained that we hold on to strong beliefs and then search out information that validates those beliefs and that leaves no opening for flexibility to learn something new. We are all guilty of it. If you get the opportunity, I recommend the 4 disk Audio for increased understanding of the psychology behind the things we do and don’t do that Keep us from being happy and it all starts with the understanding of impermanence.
