Why can we have a Black History month, but not a White History month?
Why can the police officers have a Black Union, but Whites are prohibited from this?
Why is NAACP strictly for Black's?
Why must every TV show have at least one Gay, one Lesbian, one Black. and one Asian, but there is no requirement for White heterosexual folks?
Just some of the issues which must be considered before relationships can be built.

Does that Sound like you ? Don’t feel bad it’s part of a structure that needs renovation. When we lack the skill of understanding in general, then we will lack the skill of understanding for all marginalized groups. So! we fill that gap with a power struggling thought process and it feels like common sense and logic to us and that’s because the focus is external or on someone else. Then we double down that focus into judging someone else, rather than looking in word to see what it is, we could be doing differently. When we focus internal, and double down on that , with the realization that we have a responsibility to ourselves and fellow man to be reasonable, then we are ready to clean up the demolition dust and re-construct the new foundation.

Someone always Has to have the understanding to bring the conversation back towards center ( function ) to bring the conflict to a manageable place. Just because black lives matter doesn’t mean that white lives don’t matter and when we think that way, we’re thinking too much in opposites. What we resist persists.

It’s not supposed to make any sense to you because the foundation of most of our lives are built on shifting soil ( I judge you you judge me you hit me I hit you and so on and so forth ) understanding, and forgiveness are the tools that keep us centered. The Black Lives Matter movement and the monument destruction movement are in my humble opinion over reacting in many ways, and there is room for compromise. I think, all we need to do is, give them understanding and acceptance that what they want to do and what they are saying is valid, it’s a valid overreaction. Once we give them that gift of understanding acceptance trust they will see that in our face and they will hear it in their ears, and understand that we are being reasonable. Now you have a canvas between two opposing forces where compromise can get painted together.

It’s all about the‘needs and wants ….listen to the podcast a few times this is difficult to grasp ….it took me 28 weeks at 2 hour sessions and then I went for overtime for maybe six more weeks in order to swallow the big pill that eventually cured me, at least temporarily because no one can be cured from being human.

Once we wrap our heads around that concept, we can give each other a break and take life less serious, and then apply understanding forgiveness and work towards compromise, because no two people will ever think the same and that’s why the founding fathers reluctantly put the division of power into the constitution to inform us about accepting differences.

Jobs and hiring aren't about "fairness"
Employers need to make a profit. They don't hire to lose money.
If the feds or state mandate that you hire an certain number of people who qualify at 80% of the level your business needs, your going to lose money via production volume or returned products that weren't made to the highest quality.
You fix that issue by letting the business hire the BEST people they can find, not the politically correct average "type" of people.

How would you feel if you and another guy took a qualification test...
...you scored 75% and the other guy scored 100% and completed the test 15 minutes faster than you did?
I would be embarrassed, almost ashamed if I found that to be the case after being hired.

I was a slave. As a young white boy I had to push a lawnmower downhill 3 city blocks, mow the apartment lawn, then push it back uphill home again.

Tucker Carlson interviews on his podcast have very few advertisements. He is one of the best and most fair interviewers out there. Instead of drawing the guest down path to a predetermined outcome, he'll ask a question, then instead of interrupting ....... he'll let the guest talk, and talk and talk. He's conservative of course, but he doesn't push that on his guests.
.....he wants to know their point of view and why they think that way.
To anyone that only watched tucker on FOX...... That was the FOX Tucker.... He could be quite annoying.
Now that there is no pressure from a thumb pushing down on him..... he's actually a very different guy. If you haven't seen one of his interviews on his podcasts, you are missing out
I also love Chris Plante. Crass, sarcastic, conservative, oh yeah...... But he's sharp as a tack, especially on anything , US history related stuff.
I listen to these guys and others because I like listening to human to human reality.
When people discuss a subject, they speak their feelings and compassion. They don't analyze why they think the way they do ...they just blurt out their thoughts. There is no way to converse in real time, while at the same time analyzing and "correcting" improper thoughts before they are said.
The teachings of John Anthony from what little I listened to, come across as if everyone in the world was born at the same moment, born to the same parents and went to church every Sunday and he was the preacher. We'd all be on the same page and everyone would have the same understandings as everyone else..... we'd all have a familiar platform for discussion.
Now, in reality, set side by side in a room, a Rabbi, the Bishop from Trump's inauguration prayer ceremony, the head of ISIS, Kim Jong Ill, Dr Phil, Liz Cheney, Chelsea Handler, Joe Rogan, my next door neighbor, my brother and Mr. Beast.
Start up a conversation on any subject under the sun and try to get them all into agreement.
All of these people will then give their 2 cents, or express their thoughts, but not one will pre-analyze their wording to benefit the conversation.
....they will say what's on their mind without reservation. People just don't analyze and rationalize their thoughts before saying them.

What I'm saying is...I'm set in my ways. I'm betting that 98 % of adults are too. I'll never change my views of men playing in women's sports. It's wrong.... discussion ended. There is no rationalization to be discussed. Yeah, its that simple.

I'd place a bet, that being who you are can have a stronger affect than listening to that podcast. Listening to the podcast only reinforces your own mindset.
Being who you are affects everyone you shake hands with, every cashier, every client, every relative and coworker.
If you're a calm, cool, relaxed, pleasant, kind, soft spoken person, just being "you" will have a more profound effect on those people in your circle than this John guy know body has ever heard of.
Nice guy, good vibes, good advice.... I won't take that away from him, but you as an individual will probably affect more people than he will.
