Hey
@vaskeflooring! In the past couple of months, the flooring tools for Duofast changed hands from Southern Carlson out of Oklahoma to Traxx Corporation. I'm not set up to deal with sales in Iowa, BUT call these guys and ask for a fella by the name of Jim Cooper. Linc Systems - 1-800-513-9918. I've known Jim for 30 years and he's the one who I did my training with years ago. Linc is set up to be able to sell and ship the parts to Iowa. In addition, if you don't feel comfortable fixing it, you can ship them the tool and they will repair it and send it back to you fairly inexpensively.
I gave them a call and they do have the parts for the tacker in stock.
As a wholesaler, we're just not set up to sell products in Iowa.
Just a heads up. Duofast made a change several years back on the current tacker and went from a partially pre-assembled trigger assembly to what is on the attached schematic. The older pre-assembled parts are riveted together and can't be taken apart. That being said, you might need to change to the whole trigger assembly to the one in the attached schematic if you have the older version. The reason is that if the contact pin (GO-201-1) is worn or needs to be replaced, you can't get it out of the riveted assembly. The new version allows for the removal of the GO-115-B1 switch so that you can get to the contact pin and replace it without replacing the trigger switch.

If you do have to change the whole thing, you would need the following: GO-201-1, GO-215-1, GO-115B1, GO-115-6A, GO-115-8, GO-115-10, GO-215-9, and the GO-201-4.
Best of luck with it and if you have any questions, I'm happy to try and answer them for you.
