nice ship photos, Jon.

sorry I haven't been around much. I've been super busy the past few weeks. Here's a couple things I've done though.

Got to take some shots of my wife today. She hates being in front of the camera, but with the colors we had today, even she couldn't resist.

Thanks! We had a heavy frost last week. The leaves were dull but the cold snap made them pop incredibly this week

She looks pretty tolerant of your actions in the photo. I like being on your side of the camera too.
Very nice image. I think she is lucky to have you doing the photos. You have a good eye for location-location-location. Lots of nice color.

Good shots. Which one is young Incogneto?
Is that upstairs glass area a living room or a balcony? Neato.

We called it a porch. It's directly outside the living room through a double doors. They had what I believe was a sisal area rug custom made to cover the whole room. We always sat out there in the summer. They had a coupla' nice rocking chairs-----watching the lightning bugs-----That's God's Country right there highup. REAL close to West Virginia. You could practically spit over the border.

I'm to the far right. City Boy with the Country Roots.

Sounds like every kids dream to grow up in such a special place.
I knew it was you on the right. Real men don't wear shoes like that. :D

I still have to get back in the photo scanning mode. I have a big box of photos yet to go through that Grandpa took. Many old photos of people I don't recognize, and there's some family stuff in there too.
Seeing your photos get's me itching to open the box in a more serious manner..................... who knows, maybe I will find that long lost photo that Gramps took on July 20, 1969. He walked up to the TV as we watched the moon landing and snapped a photo. I never recall seeing if it came out.

Thanks for sharing these.
