My wife sells ebay. From time to time she has one of those lunch boxes to sell. If the thermos is with it, they can bring quite a bit..

I have a friend that I graduated with, Anne Pearse-Hocker. Anne just happened to be at Wounded Knee when the siege happened. Her pictures are in the Smithsonian. She then traveled the middle east hotspots as a news photog. Now that her husband has passed, she travels the west in an Airstream by herself, hunting with her falcons.
She has done what we amateur photographers can only dream about.
Oh, and after she loaned her photos to the Smithsonian, they illegally copied some of them and sold some. She sued and won.

I found that when you drop kick a lunch box, that even tho it's not round, it almost rolls like a ball when it lands. .........hey, I was only seven!

Yeah, I thought you were referring to the Massacre, which occurred in 1890. You would have to have been about 135 years old right now.

OK, I've opened up another box of goodies. Here's my Grandpa in 1940 with I assume, his older brother Merle shown earlier in the ocean photo. Wow, the comedians in the family. Good times. The other photo looks to be the Marx Brothers of the family. I love this one. No names on the image can be read.

Look at the bug guard on the car to the right.................. looks more like a spark screen for a fireplace.

Probably late 40s early 50s, could be a Pontiac on the right from that era.
