Yes Darol, I wrapped the mesquite trunks. We got mid 70's here all this week then back down to the cold 60's.

Well we are getting our first real snow storm of the season. They are already closing schools. They were calling for 3-7 inches but I think it is going to go past that. I blew out my drive and 2 others around noon and am in need of it again. But going to wait until it is done. I'm supposed to do a repair out in the boonies back in the woods tomorrow but I think I will cancel that and let the roads get opened up first. My pickum up isn't a 4 wheeler and has not the best tires for this kind of weather.

Cleaned this old image up this morning and added a few bells and whistles ...lights and tinsel, whatever.
Glad I took the photo when I did. The area got logged off 2 years later. Photo was taken in January, 1990............ so add 25 years, and I suppose the new trees are probably 40 feet high by now. I need to go find out one of these days.

This is Interstate 5 Near Grant's Pass, Oregon. Probably 10 in the morning on a Sunday. There were cars on the road, but I made em go away........... No Photoshop either.

The state highway system is a mess but the coast is warming. I've got 41 now.

112 miles from here, there's snow, freezing rain and people were told to stay home unless absolutely necessary. Do ya suppose they mean 4 seater quads too?

Snow and ice all over the state, especially I-5 our major N/S freeway and the entire east side. A north/south highway on the east side of the state is closed for 110 miles due to severe weather....snow and ice. Being it's in a far less populated part of the state, and a long ways between cities, I'm betting that being stranded out there in -1 to 14 degrees would be pretty dangerous.

I was just thinking of you guys in the snow while we were doing this
We spent about half an hour on the chair behind the speed boat
He got us very wet
Hav your cruise line doesn't do things like this and its part of the package
