I started buying those tiny, concentrated /flavored squirt bottles. $2.50 and you can refill the Gatorade bottles over 1/2 dozen times.
We love those in our house. And the powdered single serve packs for a bottle of water.
Probably have over a hundred at the house all various flavors.
I always keep a big pack of 16 oz water on my van for myself and whatever help I have. I was buying a drink or two at the gas station every morning until I thought duh, buy a big pack for a fraction of the cost and have drinks for a week or more for everyone.

Think I will make a casserole today.

I haven’t had a casserole in quite some time. I had an ex that would make a casserole then top it off with a layer of tater tots. I’m gettin hungry just thinkin about it.

Stopping at the store in the morning is a quick way to blow money. Gatorades are 2 for $4 if you’re lucky. More like 2 for $4.50 plus tax. Then I gotta get some yellow Zingers and a bag of chips to counter the sweetness. Prolly get some beef jerky while I’m at it. Throw in a pack of smokes and you just blew $30.

Salmon quiche and a side of Cheetos for dinner.

Seeing that reminds me of when I was visiting family in Vegas during the summer. I had a 6 pack of beer (bottles) in the back of my van, along with all my other stuff. During the day it got so hot in my van that the beer bottles exploded and made one hell of a mess. The exploding glass didn’t fly too far but the beer itself sprayed all over everything and made one hell of a mess.

Back in my teen years, I was sign painting on a fence at a race track, We put our beer in their freezer to get cold and left without it. When beers freezes it doesn't stay in the cans either.

I have had lasagna on my mind for a few days. Think I might do one this weekend.

I have to think about doing something different. I have been getting a bit bored with dinner for a while now. Maybe I might suck up the cold and fire up the smoker this weekend. Some baby back ribs sound pretty good. Or maybe a roaster chicken stuffed with lemons & garlic....

I don't grill or smoke meat too much this time of year because it's freaking freezing outside. I should rig up some kind of ventilation system out in my work shop to put the grill/smoker under. That would be nice to be warm and dry while still enjoying BBQ in the winter months!

Hmmmmm 🤔. Now I'm thinking....

I haven’t made a lasagna in some time. They are a bit of work kinda like makin a cheesecake. My family always wants to buy one but the frozen ones, while they aren’t bad, just aren’t the same cus there ain’t no love in a frozen lasagna.

I bought a frozen one a couple weeks ago because making a lasagna is a damn process. Lol

Noodles and heaps of sauce just doesn't do it for me. I need the good good. Layers of meat and cheese is what I'm talking about.

I think more than half the pan of the frozen one hit the trash can. I damn near lick the pan clean on a homemade one. 😂
Toss in a loaf of fresh Italian bread from the bakery in town & a side salad...... I'm drooling on my phone as I write this!!!

Do not buy cupcakes at a Kroger's store, even if they're 6 for 99 cents.
(They have neat deals in the bargain section)
This was not a bargain.
I even scraped off the 90% of the frosting and was able to drop a green one this morning. No reason for frosting this thick or this intense. 😖
This was a good use for a mask.
All this from one small cupcake.
