You are telling me I am supposed to change the blades on my saws?? Thats crazy talk!!
So I do recognize that I am definitely supposed to change the blades on my saws but I would be lying if I said I did not still have the original that came with my saw 4 years ago and still use it on a regular basis.

Not something I wanted to do, but had to call the cops on my neighbor. My wife puts her little dog out on a lead. Tonight was the 4th time the neighbor's dog attacked her dog. Luckily I got there quick and she was not hurt. The same dog went after my wife once and my daughter once. We have been telling them they need to fix their fence to keep their dog in and they won't do anything. He is a city councilman, so he will find a way to get even.

Man that is no good.
I had a ****** neighbor once, he was a righteous pain in the ass. Last time I ever talked to him my exact words were "next time you come looking to talk to me you had better bring a lawyer or I am bringing a gun" needless to say I never saw him again. Now he is dead and I am not, looks like I won this round. Thank you father time.

I'm going to dig around tomorrow and see if I can find the original blade that came on my 1989 Makita portable table saw. 😁
If I can find it, do you want to buy a brand new blade that's never been used? ...... It's "vintage" 😁

I'm working today.
Watching glue dry is work right?

My PC nail gun that I rebuilt not too long ago started acting up again. Seeing as how it’s over 20 years old I decided to break down and just get a new one. With the current price of wood you woulda thought I coulda traded that pile of sawdust for my new nail gun.

You still milking that theater carpet, Randy?😜
Just kidding.... that looks like a pain in the ass!
Looking good though!

You should be using acrylic type glues
Just drop it in wet :)
I could probably just drop it in wet anyway. That's what everybody else does. 😁 For carpet they want you to let it tack up so that the moisture in the adhesive doesn't immediately get sucked into the backing.
I'm not sure if there are any carpet adhesives that don't behave the same way. The downstairs aisle runners were glued to a concrete floor with epoxy on it, so there was zero absorption into the substrate. They don't keep the building 75° either, so we went as long as 45 minutes before setting the material into the adhesive.
We're going to get wrapped up what we need to get wrapped up, tomorrow. The room is done with the exception of four pieces that make up the for field pieces that need to be seamed on.
The adhesive I'm using is power hold 4000. 10 years from now if you try to take it up it will resemble bubble gum. 😱😁😁😁😁😁

I've never used or been around anyone that has a paslode nailing gun. Mind me asking how pricey it was? .... And how noisy compared to pneumatic. Also curious if it could be used for self-defense........ You might be able to nail an intruder to the wall till the cops get there. 😁

No not milking it at all. I spent way more time there than I'm billing for. Everybody else in town gives huge donations so they get their name on a porcelain brick in the entryway. I don't need my name in lights so instead of donating I'm just knocking off a bunch of my time. It's still going to be costing about $2,400 to do a large boardroom and two 40 ft runners down below in the aisles.
My brother's been helping me but I'm not adding any time for him being there. In reality, it's expensive to do two aisles and a single room and for me, it's been a mental nightmare because there will be almost no carpet left over at all...... And this has an 18-in match. The pattern is so wild you can actually...... Or even accidentally 😱 mismatch the pattern and you don't notice it up close or from far away.
Ask me how I know. 😁

I did some more cleaning, set up mom's coffee maker (ok, it's on the counter wrapped in plastic), broke down some boxes, installed the new phones. Base unit is much smaller than the old one was. Couldn't find just the base unit of the old one to replace it. It's a shame. I wonder if I can sell the extra handsets on marketplace or something. They still work but need a base unit.

Found some stuff on clearance at walmart. Mom kept insisting on finding some sort of UV light bc she claimed she couldn't use her new blood sugar meter until she zapped it with UV first (I think she just didn't want to check her sugar-- can't blame her bc I haven't been checking mine). It was under $5 which made her happy.

Visited my friend and cheered him up. His gf's baby keeps getting fatter. He's so fat he can no longer fit in a toy seat thing designed for 4-yr-olds. He was too big for his car seat that is supposed to be good for up to 2yr olds. I joked that his father is the Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man. Friend laughed & said "I thought the Ghostbusters got him, but no! He strikes again!" We all went to the store and friend had to look at toy department. There was a Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man toy so we couldn't resist. The baby LOVES it. My brother wrote a sticky note to put on it saying it was his daddy.

Went to Samsclub and picked up more water and groceries. Brother grabbed some apples and spinach. We're going to have liver, spinach, and cucumbers I think.

Currently serving as a seat for my cats. Predicate gets super clingy every time I leave the house so he's clinging to me.

I probably should have put this in the joke section.
I watch a channel on YouTube called video leak police. It shows video from dashboard cams personal police cameras during police stops, chases, domestic violence calls etc.
This one is going to win an award in 2021 for one of the funniest things I've ever seen on this channel.
I dedicate this to Havasu and dare him to show me something funnier. 😁

Wonderful day. AC quit on the Chrysler. Parts under the dash broke. Would need a new dash, Transaxle went out on my riding mower. No way I can cut this yard with a push mower. Back yard alone is 40' x 85'. Too old for this crap.

That sucks Rusty. I keep my fingers crossed on my ****💩 S10 It's my only rig now. My rusty old '77 van is a storage locker for my tools, and the Ford van I replaced it with.......
......is storage for my tools.
If my S10 has any bad issues I'm in deep trouble. The rear brakes are barely starting to make a squeel sounds. I've had the truck for five or so years and I've never done the back brakes. I haven't checked on prices yet but by the time I replace the brake shoes, spring kit and the drums I'm probably going to be over 300 bucks.
I'm a betting man. I'm betting myself $5,000 that I'm not going to win the Powerball tomorrow.
Hope for the time being you can find a used mower around. a lot of people buy new ones because the old one won't start. 95 times out of 100 it's because the carburetor is gunked up a little bit from sitting over the winter. 4% is because of a bad spark plug.
The last 1% that will not start is pure karma. It may be something else but that's my best guess.
