Bonded 1/3 offest for the win. I dont like it as a running 1/3, I dont like the step and i just can't do stacked. My home is far from modern enough to pull that off with these tile.I like the stagger you put on those tiles. Looks better than a 50/50 split

If by paid myself what you really mean is depleted my cash, im at around 8K for rhe kitchen, structural beam, new appliances and flooring for my whole house. And people say renos are expensive pfffftYeah it looks better than stair stepping too because then it would always remind you of a crappy laminate floor installation.
