Went to the range. Outshot my wife for the first time ever. Probably only time. Not too bad for an old half-blind man.
The ones on the outside were with a Ruger, I never could get comfortable. The ones in the red were with a S&W.

Doing a sleep study tonight. A waste of time but I got tired of being pushed to do it. My bad hip is the reason I don't sleep much. And I have always been up before 6 am.

I'm not going. I'm going to look for a different doctor. I don't snore, according to my wife, and that is one of the things they look for. I tried to tell the doctor that I have a degenerative hip and have crawled round on floors for 40 years, of course I hurt too much to sleep much.

I got the machine and it is the best thing I ever did. Sleep through the night, no bathroom trips, no snoring nothing. I get up ready to go most mornings. I usually only sleep about 6 hours. Bed about 1 and up between 7 and 7:30.

Just had a week at Norfolk Island where the roosters roam freely all around everywhere and they didn't need anybody to wake them. They did fine on there own.

My granddaughter backed out. Decided it's too hot.
